Umbral es una app de tarot para iPhone y Android. Sus lecturas las redacta «el Supremo», un oráculo basado en inteligencia artificial. Esta política explica qué datos tratamos, con quién y para qué. No recogemos datos para funciones que la app todavía no tiene.
1. Quiénes somos
Umbral es una aplicación desarrollada por MNZN, LLC («MNZN», «nosotros»). Para cualquier asunto relacionado con esta política o con tus datos, escríbenos a development@mycoderai.app.
Umbral es una app de tarot para introspección y entretenimiento. Sus interpretaciones no son consejo profesional (médico, legal, financiero ni psicológico) y no predicen el futuro.
2. Qué datos tratamos
Cuenta. Al abrir la app se crea una cuenta anónima para guardar tus créditos, tu diario y tus preferencias en el servidor. No necesitas dar tu correo ni tu nombre para usarla.
Inicio de sesión con Apple (opcional, solo en iPhone). En iPhone, si decides iniciar sesión con Apple, vinculamos tu cuenta anónima a tu ID de Apple para que tus datos persistan entre dispositivos. Apple nos facilita un identificador estable y, solo si tú lo autorizas, tu nombre y un correo (que puede ser el servicio de Ocultar mi correo de Apple). Puedes usar Umbral sin iniciar sesión; en Android la app funciona con la cuenta anónima.
Tu nombre y personalización. Durante la introducción puedes indicar tu nombre y, de forma opcional, algunos temas de interés y tu fecha de nacimiento. Se usan para saludarte y para dar contexto a tus lecturas. Puedes editarlos o dejarlos en blanco.
Tus lecturas. Cuando pides una lectura, la app envía a nuestro servidor tu pregunta, las cartas de la tirada y su posición, y tu idioma, para generar la interpretación. Guardamos las lecturas en tu diario para que puedas releerlas; puedes borrarlas.
Compras. Si compras créditos, mazos o una suscripción Umbral Premium, Apple procesa el pago; no vemos ni almacenamos tu método de pago. Guardamos el identificador de transacción y el estado de tu suscripción y tu saldo de créditos para concederte el acceso.
Notificaciones. Si activas los recordatorios (la carta del día, entre otros), guardamos un identificador (token) de notificaciones push y tu idioma para poder enviártelos. Puedes desactivarlos cuando quieras desde los Ajustes del sistema o de la app.
Diagnóstico y analítica de uso. Medimos qué pantallas abres y unas pocas acciones concretas —pedir una lectura, hacer una pregunta de seguimiento, comprar o restaurar— junto con el tipo de acción, nunca datos sensibles. Si has iniciado sesión, esos registros se asocian al identificador interno de tu cuenta para distinguir a una persona con dos dispositivos de dos personas distintas. El proveedor es PostHog (región europea). No hay publicidad ni perfilado.
Preferencias en el dispositivo. El mazo activo, tus recordatorios, si usas cartas invertidas y el estado de la introducción se guardan en tu propio teléfono.
Umbral no pide acceso a tu ubicación, cámara, micrófono, contactos ni fotos.
3. La inteligencia artificial de las lecturas
Las interpretaciones de «el Supremo» las genera un modelo de IA de Anthropic (Claude). Para redactarlas, nuestro servidor envía a Anthropic tu pregunta, las cartas y el idioma. Según los términos comerciales de la API de Anthropic, ese contenido se usa únicamente para generar tu lectura y no para entrenar modelos de IA. Te recomendamos no incluir en tus preguntas datos que no quieras compartir.
4. Para qué los usamos y base legal
Prestar el servicio —crear tu cuenta, generar y guardar lecturas, mantener tu diario—: ejecución del contrato.
Inicio de sesión con Apple y gestión de tu suscripción y créditos: ejecución del contrato.
Enviarte recordatorios push: tu consentimiento, que puedes retirar en cualquier momento.
Diagnóstico y analítica para mejorar la app: interés legítimo. Puedes oponerte escribiéndonos.
Seguridad y prevención de abuso: interés legítimo.
5. Con quién se comparten
Apple: App Store, Inicio de sesión con Apple, notificaciones push (APNs) y gestión de pagos y suscripciones.
Anthropic: genera las interpretaciones de tarot a partir de tu pregunta y tus cartas.
PostHog (región europea): diagnóstico y analítica de uso.
Supabase: proveedor de infraestructura que aloja nuestro backend (base de datos y funciones), donde se guardan tu cuenta, tus créditos, tu diario y los tokens de notificación.
No vendemos tus datos ni los cedemos con fines publicitarios. MNZN, LLC es una empresa de EE. UU.; algunos proveedores pueden tratar datos fuera del Espacio Económico Europeo con las garantías adecuadas.
6. Conservación
Conservamos los datos de tu cuenta mientras la uses. Puedes borrar lecturas concretas de tu diario y solicitar la eliminación completa de tu cuenta y sus datos en cualquier momento escribiéndonos.
7. Tus derechos
Si te encuentras en la UE/EEE, tienes derecho de acceso, rectificación, supresión, oposición, limitación y portabilidad, así como a retirar tu consentimiento. Para ejercerlos, escríbenos a development@mycoderai.app. También puedes reclamar ante tu autoridad de control (en España, la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos).
8. Seguridad
Ciframos las comunicaciones (HTTPS) y limitamos el acceso a los datos del servidor. Ningún sistema es completamente infalible, pero aplicamos medidas razonables para proteger tu información.
9. Menores
Umbral no está dirigida a menores de 14 años y no recopila datos de ellos a sabiendas.
10. Cambios
Podemos actualizar esta política; publicaremos la nueva versión en esta página con su fecha.

Umbral is a tarot app for introspection and entertainment. Its interpretations are not professional advice (medical, legal, financial or psychological) and do not predict the future.
2. What data we process
Account. When you open the app an anonymous account is created to store your credits, journal and preferences on the server. You do not need to give an email or a name to use it.
Sign in with Apple (optional, iPhone only). On iPhone, if you choose to sign in with Apple, we link your anonymous account to your Apple ID so your data persists across devices. Apple gives us a stable identifier and, only if you allow it, your name and an email (which may be Apple’s Hide My Email relay). You can use Umbral without signing in; on Android the app works with the anonymous account.
Your name and personalization. During onboarding you may provide your name and, optionally, a few topics of interest and your date of birth. They are used to greet you and to give context to your readings. You can edit or leave them blank.
Your readings. When you request a reading, the app sends our server your question, the cards in the spread and their position, and your language, to generate the interpretation. We save readings in your journal so you can revisit them; you can delete them.
Purchases. If you buy credits, decks or an Umbral Premium subscription, Apple processes the payment; we do not see or store your payment method. We keep the transaction identifier and your subscription status and credit balance to grant you access.
Notifications. If you enable reminders (the daily card, among others), we store a push notification token and your language so we can send them. You can turn them off at any time in system or app Settings.
Diagnostics and usage analytics. We measure which screens you open and a handful of specific actions —requesting a reading, asking a follow-up, buying or restoring— along with the kind of action, never sensitive content. If you are signed in, those records are tied to your account’s internal identifier, so one person with two devices can be told apart from two different people. The provider is PostHog (European region). There is no advertising and no profiling.
On-device preferences. Your active deck, reminders, whether you use reversed cards and your onboarding state are stored on your own phone.
Umbral does not request access to your location, camera, microphone, contacts or photos.
3. The AI behind the readings
“el Supremo”’s interpretations are generated by an AI model from Anthropic (Claude). To write them, our server sends Anthropic your question, the cards and the language. Under Anthropic’s commercial API terms, that content is used only to generate your reading and not to train AI models. We recommend not including in your questions any data you would not want to share.
4. Why we use it and legal basis
Providing the service —creating your account, generating and saving readings, keeping your journal—: performance of the contract.
Sign in with Apple and managing your subscription and credits: performance of the contract.
Sending push reminders: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Diagnostics and analytics to improve the app: legitimate interest. You can object by writing to us.
Security and abuse prevention: legitimate interest.
5. Who we share it with
Apple: App Store, Sign in with Apple, push notifications (APNs) and payment/subscription handling.
Anthropic: generates the tarot interpretations from your question and cards.
PostHog (European region): diagnostics and usage analytics.
Supabase: infrastructure provider hosting our backend (database and functions), where your account, credits, journal and notification tokens are stored.
We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. MNZN, LLC is a US company; some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under appropriate safeguards.
6. Retention
We keep your account data while you use the app. You can delete individual readings from your journal and request full deletion of your account and its data at any time by writing to us.
7. Your rights
If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise them, email development@mycoderai.app. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
8. Security
We encrypt communications (HTTPS) and restrict access to server-side data. No system is completely infallible, but we apply reasonable measures to protect your information.
9. Children
Umbral is not directed to children under 14 and does not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes
We may update this policy; the new version will be posted on this page with its date.
